The College of Engineering at the University of Arkansas pushes the boundaries of standard engineering programs. Both the Computer Science and Computer Engineering programs are ABET accredited. The College of Engineering motivates students to become independent problem solvers and thinkers through the guidance of its excellent faculty and facilities.
The University of Arkansas offers B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering and also a B.A. in Computer Science. These programs teach students the fundamentals of computing while also instructing them how to apply practical techniques for implementing application. Arkansas State University
Arkansas State University celebrated its 100th Anniversary in 2009. Throughout the last century Arkansas State has provided high-level academics and a multitude of programs for students throughout the nation. The University was primarily founded as one of four regional schools specializing in agricultural instruction.
Today, the College of Agriculture and Technology offers students with an interest in technology and computing some exciting programs. These programs are Technical Studies which allows students to tailor their academic course to best suit their own interests, Technology Management, Computer Aided Drafting Technology, and a Computer Systems Technology specialization.
